Michael + Abby | Wedding | Bloomington, IN

Michael and Abby’s Bloomington wedding was held at the beautiful Deer Park Manor and masterfully coordinated by Sue Shelden. The wedding had touches of the season from start to finish and included unbelievable floral arrangements and decorations by Mark Stratton, a florist and the visual arts teacher from the high school where Michael teaches and coaches basketball. Family friend and videographer Mark Cotter covered the event and a string quartet from the renowned Jacob’s School of Music provided fantastic music for this outdoor wedding.

There were several sporting elements as well, including what we’d describe as gourmet tailgating cuisine from KRC Catering. Also, Abby and Michael wanted to get a lot of fun(ny) bridal party shots and commented that they liked some of our animated sequences from previous weddings. Since we like to have a little fun with what has become the canonical jumping shot, we thought of a pretty fun jump shot for this basketball crowd (pats selves on back). And we don’t know if it’s because they were all a bunch of athletes, but this crew could dance!

Enjoy some of the events and scenes of the day. Family and friends can check out the full set in the Client gallery.

Family and friends, remember to check out the full set in the Client gallery and to leave some love for the happy couple in the comments section below.

Congrats you two!

Haha! Great jump shot! NOT what I was expecting. This did look like a beautiful, intimate wedding. Love the B+W dance shot with the light.

Beautiful wedding- I really enjoyed seeing how much attention to details they put into it. Oh, and that jump shot is the bomb!
