Shari + Ian | Engagement | Richmond, VA

Rounding out our trip back to Virginia from Bloomington, we had the pleasure of meeting Shari and Ian. We spent a beautiful Spring evening with them going all around downtown Richmond for what was a really sweet and fun engagement session. We hit some of their favorite spots: the canal walk, Shockoe Bottom (where they met at work!), the farmer’s market, the old train station, and some of their favorite overlooks in Church Hill. Included among these overlooks was the spot where they spent their first official Valentine’s Day by looking out over the city and eating donuts. Yum! We are very excited to head back to Virginia to document their wedding and we are so happy for these two. Congrats!

Oh, they are so sweet! Looks like a really fun engagement session. I’m particularly fond of the 7th down, and the series of them dancing in the field. Awesome work!

What a cute couple. Absolutely love the black and white one under the bridge. Great composition – I even like the lady walking her dog off to the side. 🙂

Love the Fisheye shot and the GIF, but my favorite is the one under the bridge with the huge dude at the other end… sweet shots tall and small!!
