When we used to think of triathletes, the words “laid back” didn’t come to mind. But part of our job involves meeting fantastic and inspiring people who help us reshape our prejudices and now we think differently! Brooke and Hank’s relaxed, beautiful, intimate, and moving wedding ceremony was held at the Story Inn: a gorgeous and rustic little B&B in Story, IN (yay puns!). A beautiful (but winding) drive from Bloomington through Brown County, The Story Inn might be a bit hard to get to and has an appropriate tagline: “one inconvenient location since 1851.” In fact, if it weren’t for the electricity, you’d think it hadn’t changed since. By the time we arrived, Brooke and Hank were already regulars, well known by all the staff and guests. Brooke’s brother officiated the ceremony as close family gathered around the couple. The short ceremony–long enough for plenty of tears, laughs, and pictures–left plenty of time for the couple to be with their families and to eat some of the tasty dishes the Story Inn had to offer. While we might not start training for triathlons, we certainly felt our own renewed sense of energy after this beautiful day. Family and friends, feel free to peep the full set in the client gallery and congrats again to Brooke and Hank!
